What document formats do you support?
All documents are generated as professionally formatted PDFs. Professional and above plans include direct PDF download. Essentials plans generate print-optimized HTML that can be saved as PDF from any browser.
Can I use my own gallery branding?
Professional and above plans include custom branding — your gallery name, contact information, and preferences are embedded throughout every document. Essentials uses Gilded Artworks branding.
What HS codes do you support?
We support 100+ art mediums mapped to their correct Harmonized System codes including original artwork (9701), prints (9702/4911), sculptures (9703), ceramics, glass, and textiles. The system auto-suggests the correct code based on medium.
Is my artwork data secure?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Artwork images are processed in memory and not stored beyond your session on free plans. Paid plans include secure archive storage with configurable retention.
Can I save my artwork data for future shipments?
Yes — Professional and above plans save your artwork library. Enter your artworks once and reuse them across every document and shipment. Essentials plan data is session-based.
Is this accepted by customs authorities?
Gilded Artworks generates documentation formatted to meet UPS, FedEx, and DHL carrier requirements for international art shipments. Documents include HS codes, declared values, and country of origin. For high-value shipments, we recommend verification with your customs broker.
Can I generate all 3 documents at once?
Yes — select “All Documents” on the generate page to create your brochure, customs sheet, and certificate of authenticity in a single click. This counts as one document toward your monthly limit.
What's the difference between Studio and Gallery?
Studio adds team accounts, CSV import, and a larger artwork library. Gallery adds complete white-label branding (no Gilded Artworks branding), API access, unlimited storage, and dedicated support.
